Tom Berry

Tom is a Senior Associate, who is involved in all of Brockton’s research and analysis on investment trends, markets and geographies. He is also responsible for ongoing analysis of the Brockton Everlast portfolio.

Prior to joining Brockton in 2021, Tom was an Associate Director at Aviva Investors, responsible for Pan-European real estate strategy and research. He also worked for CBRE, as part of the UK Research team.

Tom holds a BA in Geography and an MSc in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) from the University of Leeds. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
