Over the period of the firm's history, from 2006 to-date, Brockton has raised £2.2bn of equity from institutional investors around the world to invest in UK real estate.

From 2006-2016, Brockton Capital LLP raised c.£1.45bn of equity from public pension plans, private pension funds, global real estate investors, insurance companies, endowments and family offices based in California, Texas, New York, Michigan, Chicago, Tel Aviv, Kuwait, Tokyo, Singapore, Paris, Munich, Zurich, Edinburgh, London and elsewhere.

In 2018, Brockton Everlast began investing a £500m commitment from Alony Hetz Properties & Investment, a Tel Aviv-based investment firm with real estate assets in Israel, Washington DC, Boston, Austin (Texas) and through Brockton, in the UK.
