Museum Street; a new West End quarter.

Brockton acquired the vast former Sorting Office on New Oxford Street in 2013 and achieved planning consent for around 300,000 sq ft of office and retail space. A JV partnership with Oxford Properties was formed in 2015.

When the Elizabeth Line (aka Crossrail) opened, it radically transformed the area around Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, Fitzrovia and Soho into arguably one of the best connected and most interesting parts of London. Brockton, Oxford Properties and their architects, AHMM, radically transformed the asset into one of the most unique, advanced and inspiring office buildings in the West End.

100% of the office space was pre-leased to McKinsey & Co., Rothesay Life and Nationwide. In 2019, the completed project was sold for over £600m to a major European family office.
