Brockton acquired Buildings 1 & 2, Cambridge Science Park (1 & 2 CSP) in October 2022. These four-storey buildings, designed by Scott Brownrigg architects, occupy a prominent location at the Park’s main entrance. 1 CSP is fully let to computing software developer MathWorks, and 2 CSP is fully let to Roku – the entertainment streaming company. Both buildings are rated BREEAM Excellent and benefit from over 500 secure car parking spaces in a separate multi-storey car park, along with secure cycle parking facilities.
