The Thames Valley market reflects the globalised nature of the UK economy: the pharma, food, finance, tech, IT services, gaming, media, engineering, energy and manufacturing sectors are growing in the region, hiring talent and upgrading their office space.

Between 2013 and 2015, the Brockton/Landid JV acquired six assets in the Western Corridor (located in Reading, Slough, Uxbridge and Hammersmith) with c.750,000 sq ft of NIA.

All of the buildings are located within a one minute walk of either major Crossrail stations or Greater London tube stations. Each one offers Grade A space with first class amenities, at around 30%–50% of the total occupational costs in central London. All six properties were successfully sold between 2015 and 2018.
