Start-ups, SMEs and major corporates are whizzing all over London, moving away from old school locations into more interesting neighbourhoods, in order to save money and attract younger talent.
Brockton woke up and smelt the coffee (shops), investing from Fitzrovia to Brick Lane to Borough to Kentish Town to Camden Town to Shoreditch to Clerkenwell to Bethnal Green to Soho to Ladbroke Grove; over £460m was invested into this trend between 2014–2017.
