Chris Morgan

Chris is Brockton’s Tax Director and responsible for the group’s tax strategy, managing all tax administration and reporting processes, providing tax support on corporate transactions and managing key stakeholder relationships on the tax and finance side of the business.

Chris joined Brockton in 2016. Prior to joining, Chris was a Senior Tax Manager at PwC in the Deals Tax team with a particular focus on distressed property transactions. During his time at PwC he provided tax advice to REITs, private equity funds, major lenders, and insolvency practitioners with regard to real estate transactions and tax structuring and was directly involved in transactions totalling over £1.7bn.

Chris has a degree in Modern History from Oxford University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008.
