The holy grail in the prime residential market is to find lateral, new-build apartments in a stucco-fronted, period property that incorporates huge volume (say, 60’ wide laterals and 12’ high living rooms), as well as secure car parking, underground laundries/kitchenettes, south-facing terraces, on-site concierge and air conditioning. They don’t really exist.
