A few minutes’ walk from Old Street roundabout (about to be reprogrammed into the Old Street piazza) to the north, Amazon’s HQ at Principal Place and Broadgate to the south, and Shoreditch High Street and Brick Lane to the east, the location sits at the nexus of London’s creative, tech, media and financial clusters.

100% leased but with some short term roll- overs, a fully engaged design team is working hard to plan an extension of the existing footprint in order to deliver a highly sustainable, flexible workspace that engages with its neighbours, from street-level F+B to roof gardens overlooking the skyline.
