Ben Vinten

Ben joined in 2024 as a Development Manager responsible for successfully managing and delivering Brockton’s development projects.

Prior to joining Brockton, Ben was a Development Manager for over 13 years at Morgan Captial (now Morgan Real Estate), an independent, partner led development and asset management company specialising in commercial property.

His experience includes numerous best-in-class and complex value-add schemes that have achieved the highest sustainability credentials, RIBA design awards, and provided excellent returns for investors.

Ben is an RICS Chartered Surveyor with a BA (hons) in Architecture (RIBA Part 1) and a Post-Grad in Construction Project Management.
