Kieron Quayum

In his capacity as Director, Development, Kieron is responsible for leading development projects at Brockton Everlast, working across all stages of the development process from inception to handover.

Prior to joining Brockton Everlast in 2026, Kieron held senior roles at Gardiner & Theobald and Berkeley Group, where he was responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver major commercial and residential schemes. His expertise spans the full development lifecycle, with a particular focus on technical due diligence, delivery strategy, value optimisation, and team leadership on large-scale, technically complex projects.

Kieron holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham. He has been a Chartered Civil Engineer for over 10 years and is also a Chartered Construction Manager.
