Richard Berry

In his capacity as Director of Development, Richard is responsible for the successful delivery of Brockton’s rehab and development projects.

Richard joined Brockton in 2014. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with expertise in the delivery of commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes in London. He has been involved with projects totalling around 2 million sq ft with a value in excess of £3.5 billion, and his experience includes substantial new build commercial and residential projects together with intricate restoration projects within historic Listed buildings.

Prior to joining Brockton, Richard worked at Grantham Associates, a niche development firm which undertook repeat joint ventures with Brockton Capital and other investors. Prior to Grantham Associates, Richard worked for EC Harris, a global multidisciplinary construction consultancy, where he was involved in the financial management of a number of high-profile central London construction projects.

Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Queen Mary, University of London and a Master’s in Quantity Surveying from Southbank University.
