Tracy Dossett

Tracy is Chief Financial Officer and responsible for Brockton’s finance function, including strategy, treasury, taxation and reporting, as well as operational responsibilities.

Tracy joined Brockton in 2013. Prior to joining, she was a director within the Real Estate Tax Group at BDO where she was head of the Firm’s UK-REIT team. (While at BDO, Tracy advised Brockton Capital for 5 years). In addition to giving clients advice on UK REIT tax matters, Tracy specialised in advising property investors, fund managers and owner-occupiers on the taxation implications of UK and cross-border real estate transactions, including ownership structuring, financing, managing investments and exit planning.

Before joining BDO in 2007, Tracy spent 9 years in the Real Estate Tax Group at Deloitte LLP where she was involved in over £4.2 billion of sale and leaseback transactions and developing structured solutions for a range of clients including private equity, owner-occupiers and property investors.

Tracy has a degree in Modern History from Oxford University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 and a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2002.
