Since Brockton’s formation in 2006, funds advised by Brockton Capital LLP (a subsidiary of Brockton Everlast) have invested into and occasionally developed around 20 million sq ft of space in over 300 separate properties across multiple sector types throughout the UK, ranging from offices to multi-let industrial to retail parks to data centres to urban street markets to pubs to residential to innovation/R&D space to major mixed-use assets to a flex office operator.
